I was born and raised in beautiful Havana, Cuba, where I developed a deep fascination for understanding the mysteries of human nature, from the complexity of our biology to the labyrinths of the mind. I graduated from the Medical School in Havana, Cuba in 1994, where I studied a program that combined both Western and Eastern medical approaches. In 1998, seeking freedom from the communist dictatorship of my country, I emigrated to North America in search of a place where I could exercise my human rights—the right to exist, to create, to act, to love, to express my truth, to dream, and to connect freely with others and with the divine within me.

In 2002, I became a licensed practitioner in therapeutic massage and bodywork through The Praxis Institute in Miami. Since then, I’ve taken numerous courses and earned certifications to deepen my understanding of the body and its functions. My practice has expanded to include neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, Thai massage, ashiatsu (barefoot massage), reflexology, aromatherapy, and vibrational sound therapy. I also incorporate essential oils and other therapeutic tools into my work.

I am a certified qigong instructor by the Supreme Science Qigong Foundation. In 2012, I traveled to the mountains of Wudang, China, where I studied Internal Alchemy, a Taoist practice that includes meditation, tai chi, herbology, energy healing, and various qigong modalities, all part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine system.

Health and wellness education is a key part of my practice, and I am a Certified Health Coach from the United States Health Foundation, with a focus on educating others about healthy choices in nutrition, physical activity, disease prevention, and overall wellness.

Shortly after arriving in the United States, I spent 12 years practicing massage at Stillwater Spa at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs. This was an amazing experience, not just because of the work, but because of the wonderful people I had the opportunity to work with. It was during this time that I conceived and manifested The Convergent Method.

Since 2015, I have been deeply engaged in consciousness studies, including Global Convergent Logic, which has become the main source of consciousness expansion that I utilize today. Later, in December 2019, I followed the path of Humano Puente and became a Conscious Bio-Existence Consultant, a field of study that allowed me to dive deeply into understanding the connection between emotions and the symptoms we experience in our physical reality.

My practice integrates healing modalities that promote a pain-free, stress-free, and healthy life without the use of pharmaceuticals. My desire to serve in the field of wellness and health is driven by my passion for making a meaningful impact in people's lives, which is what led me to create The Convergent Method.
